Proctor and Gamble

After looking over the proctor and gamble web site i learned a lot about the products that they sell. The product line that i know the most about is cover-girl cosmetics since I’m a girl and we love make-up. The product lines that i don’t know to much about are all the babycare products since i have no uses for them. i also learn that proctor and gamble make a lot of products i have used almost all of them and i think most of America has to. proctor and gamble also are coming up with a lot of innovations i think that they should make new bottles for hair spray and other things to take out the aerosol and make the air better. proctor and gamble have a lot of good products.

Cars of the future!!!

After looking at some websites about cars of the future i think that cars are going to change a lot over the years. In the years ahead i think cars are going to emit a lot less pollution and have a lot better miles per gallon. Also i think that electric cars will make a come back to stop the amount of pollution in the air the cars of the future will be a bit more green to slow down the effects of global warming. If i could buy any vehicle today and money was not a concern i would get a sports car any sports cars that i think is cute and i like the color. But if i had to get a car and money was a concern i want to get punch buggy i think that they are so cute and i would love to drive one. I think that they are the perfect size for me and would be so much fun to drive!!!

Who killed the Electric cars?

In the movie, who killed the electric car all the car manufacturers collected and destroyed all the electric vehicles that they have made. I think that there were many reasons why the manufacturers did this one reason was they didn’t make that much of a profit compared to the profit that they get off of gas powered cars. Also they lose a lot of money on car repairs and tune-ups since the electric cars don’t need any oil changes, tune-ups, or any other repairs. Also the gas companies were afraid that they would lose a lot of their profits since the people with these cars wouldn’t need to get gas. So many people were afraid of what they would lose if they continued to sell electric cars. Given all the information in the movie I do believe that electric cars are reasonable alternative to combustion engines. They can do almost the same thing like the speed of the cars but they are a lot healthier for the environment. Also they are a lot more reasonable compared to a hydrogen-powered car. Given all the information in the movie I really don’t think that hydrogen-powered car will be that popular and I don’t think that they will be able to buy because I don’t think the price of this car will ever go down enough to have a lot of people buy they. Also they would have to make hundreds of hydrogen gas stations all over the country and people complain about the price of gas now hydrogen for your car will cost even more money so not many people will be willing to pay the price. Electric car would have helped out the environment a lot and could have saved people a lot of money on gas.

Gun Control

One of the most important issues facing our world today is gun control. In the United States over 96,000 people are killed a year by guns. More and more children are becoming victims of handgun violence. There are massive numbers of handgun deaths a year in the United States. 22,000 Americans were killed by handguns between the years 1990-1992. Laws are trying to control the sale and distribution of guns in the United States.
My opinion is a lot should be done to help protect people from gun violence especially children. I think that all existing laws should be enforced more and more laws should be made to control all the violence in the United States. Many children have had parts of their family taken from them from guns and gang-related gunfire. No child should have to go through that kind of experience if a law can prevent it. I think that classes on gun control should be used for adults and for children. Also I think that the waiting period to get a gun should be extended to make sure that the guns are going into the right hands. Also I think that schools should watch their students and get to know them to see if there are any that could be dangerous to the welfare of the staff and the student body. I also think that guns should just be used for hunting and other gun related events.
When people have guns in their houses sometimes accidents can happen if children or others get a hold on them. Like in the movie “Bowling for columbine” when the six year old found a gun brought it to school and shot another six year old. Children should not be around guns it would prevent a lot of these accidents from happening. This movie explained a lot of other events that have happened at schools like different shootings some on purpose and some on accident. After the whole Columbine incident schools really started to crack down on the students by changing the dress code and school rules but some schools went a little too far. Gun control should be talked about in schools maybe this can help control all the school shootings that happen.
Children are surrounded by violence everyday from TV shows and movies that are out today. Also all the Video games that are out today, since most of them all the games are about is killing people and blowing stuff up and other violent action. Also there are all to toy guns that children play with. According to the article Crease fire this is how all this violence is from, what children watch and what they do.
The NRA doesn’t like any of the gun control laws. They believe that we don’t need any new laws just enforce the laws already in use by tougher sentences for anyone who breaks the law. Some people would agree with this statement but some would say that the government has to do more to insure the safety of citizens. More and more children are being victims in school shootings and other gun related events. All the states have many different opinions on gun control down south guns are popular for hunting and other gun related sports. The same thing with in the northern countries like in the mountains hunting is very popular. But in parts of the states like near a big city guns are used for protection not for sporting events.
One of the most important issues facing our world today is gun control. This issue has affected the lives of thousands around the world each year. More laws should be made to insure safety to everyone. If a law can save the lives of thousands and everyone was more responsible with guns the world would be a better and carefree place.
